Book your family’s dental check-up and clean at St Mark Dental. Health fund members with adequate dental cover can receive gap-free treatment, or $199 per person for non-health fund members (Consultation). During the Consultation, our dental professionals will:
- conduct a comprehensive dental examination;
- conduct a standard scale, clean, and polish;
- provide fluoride treatment; and
- if reasonably required, take Panoramic (OPG) x-rays for an additional $61 per person (total $260 per person).
Family Booking Requirements:
- The family member booking the Offer must book all of the appointments at the same time.
- You must book your consultation in advance. Consultations are subject to availability.
Offer Period
This offer is available in July 2025 until available appointments are exhausted. Please check our website or contact St Mark Dental for current availability.
Redemption Process
To claim this Offer, you must book your appointment and mention this offer before your appointment or at reception.
Offer Restrictions
The following restrictions apply to the eligibility and use of the Offer: only one Offer can be redeemed per family of 4 (2 Parents + 2 Children); this offer is only available at St Mark Dental; the person redeeming the Offer must be 18 years or older; and this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers
Terms and Conditions
- You will be required to fill out a medical history form when you attend St Mark Dental (and prior to your Consultation) to assist St Mark Dental’s dentist evaluation. There is no obligation for you to undertake additional treatments following the Consultation.
- If you have private health insurance, it is your responsibility to check with your health fund which portion, if any, of your fee is covered to determine if you are eligible for gap-free treatment.
- If the dentist determines you need Panoramic (OPG) X-rays, this will be an additional $61 per person, bringing the total to $260 per person.
- This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, subject to our ‘Refer a Friend’ offer.
